About this integration
The Woopra Meta integration allows you to effectively retarget your users with Meta ads. By leveraging Woopra’s trigger system, you can send events to Meta based on user actions. On Meta, you can then create custom audiences based on the user events sent by Woopra and deliver relevant ads to users. Woopra provides two ways to send events to Meta:
- Meta Pixel: You can send events of your website visitors to Meta. This trigger works for unidentified visitors without emails, but the event must be triggered by a client-side tracking event such as a page view.
- Conversions API: You can send web, app, and offline events directly to Meta. Using server-to-server tracking, Conversions API offers more flexibility and better data accuracy without being impacted by browser tracking restrictions.
When a user gets retargeted, you can then use UTM tags for any links to your site and Woopra will automatically ingest this data as “Campaign” data, which can be used for customer analytics.
