The LiveChat + Woopra Integration empowers you to automatically track LiveChat events in real-time directly within Woopra's customer profiles for your customer analytics.
Monitor the effectiveness of chat activity or trigger personalized chat messages based on user engagement, behavior, demographics, and more. For example, an eCommerce site could measure the effectiveness of chat engagements on sales. Alternatively, you could open the chat window for all "ready to buy" users who view your pricing, read at least one case study, and have visited your website on at least three occasions.
