Rentler CEO, Jason Bangerter: “Rentler is a property management software for small independent landlords. We have over 1.3 Million users and we knew we weren’t effectively communicating with them.
We needed to learn more about our users. Before Woopra came into play, we had been working with another provider and we weren’t really getting effective services. We were going into a cave without a flashlight. And once we turned on our flashlight, which was Woopra for us, we were able to enlighten and see the whole cave.

Once we implemented Woopra, we could find out who was actually using our tool and who wasn’t. This allowed us to target the people who were not using it effectively and, therefore, get less churn out of these individuals and customers.
